Shipping Policy
Processing time for orders
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order is handed over to the shipping company and prepared for shipment.
Transit time
Delivery times are estimated at 4 to 8 business days , with shipments shipped Monday through Friday.
Delivery countries
This shipping policy applies to deliveries within the United States .
Shipping costs
Shipping is completely free . Kasper Emma New York covers all shipping costs for each order, with no minimum order amount required.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Canceling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support at support@kasper-emma.dk before the order ships. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed instead.
Damaged upon delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with a description and clear pictures of the damage.
We will arrange a return, exchange or refund according to your wishes.
Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery time ( 11 business days ), we sincerely apologize. Sometimes delays can occur due to, for example, bad weather or holidays. Please allow an additional 2 business days .
If your package still has not arrived after this period, please contact us and we will help you locate your order.
